Last week Helena came for her monthly visit to do Yoga. It is always a popular activity and complements our exercise morning and Active Games well.
We had a wonderful coffee morning and this week Joyce C and Judith both had their birthdays so lots of cake and celebrations.
On Saturday some residents enjoyed watching the film ‘Young Victoria’ and on Sunday morning there was a Quiz and a craft afternoon where residents coloured flags in preparation for St George’s Day. We have also had Brain Games and an enjoyable Reminiscence. We didn’t use the Sparkle magazine this week as there was just a small group who all enjoyed sharing anecdotes and having a chat about their memories.
