All of our bedrooms have a green view, either onto our courtyard or our exterior surroundings in the leafy suburb of Sheffield.
All rooms have a fully profiling nursing bed and are en-suite. The en-suites have a disabled toilet and a sink. Some rooms have showers or baths.
Furniture is provided which meets our infection control standards. This includes a wardrobe, chest of drawers, a lockable bedside cabinet and over-bed table. Residents are able to bring in their own furniture as long as there is room and it is safe. Unfortunately, we are unable to supply recliner chairs. All electrical equipment brought into the home will be PAT tested to ensure its electrical safety.
Residents are encouraged to bring in their own ornaments and pictures from home to personalise their room. All bedrooms are refurbished as required and we will always endeavour to meet each residents requirements.
Our two downstairs sitting rooms are bright and elegantly furnished with comfortable, stylish chairs arranged around low occasional tables, ideal for small groups of people. One houses our library which includes large-print books. Other features include a music system, an electronic keyboard and a large TV, used for regular film shows.
Our conservatory offers a bright airy place to sit with a perfect view of our internal courtyard. A lift links the two floors.
