In coffee morning last week we were pleased to welcome a group of student nurses from Hallam University. The residents had a great time chatting with them and the nurses are already missing them!
Music Club was Judith’s choice this week and we all enjoyed a mixture of tracks from opera and various musicals.
As the weather was warm on Friday, Yoga took place in the garden and residents enjoyed the gentle exercise. The exercise was slightly more energetic in Exercise Morning with Nadia the physio.
Maggie-Mae the PAT dog came for her monthly visit and she enjoyed being fussed over and having treats. It was just as much fun for the residents, who always look forward to her visit.
Our Saturday afternoon film was Dad’s Army the Movie, which was fun, as was playing Dominoes and Snakes and Ladders.
