Our daily routine is very relaxed and each resident is supported to take every day according to how they feel, what they want to do, and how they want to do it.
Breakfast is served in residents rooms and starts from 7.30am. Residents can have anything from toast, cereals to a full English breakfast. All cooked fresh each morning.
Our Head chef and her team cook nutritious, tasty and varied meals. These can be served in our pleasant dining room, giving residents the opportunity to eat at leisure with friends. Room service is available for those who prefer to eat in their rooms. All tastes and special diets are catered for with a choice of menu options. Our Head Chef is always looking for new ideas and regularly speaks to the residents and tries out new options.
The nursing staff are on hand to help any residents who require assistance at meal times.
All general areas of the building and residents rooms are cleaned daily and kept spotlessly clean and litter free, providing an exceptionally hygienic and fresh environment. In addition, our carpets, soft furnishings and upholstery conform to stringent infection control regulations in their manufacture.
Our Domestic Supervisor and Home Coordinator ensure our high standard is maintained at all times. All laundry is done on site. All we ask is that personal clothing is labelled with names prior to admission.
Our Maintenance man is always on hand to solve any problems and attend to any repairs, as well as constant up keep and safe maintenance of the home.Refurbishment takes place as required to maintain our high standard and a modern, homely, fresh, clean environment. Regulated contractors are used to ensure we maintain all health and safety regulations within the home.
